1. When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within  1 To 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Currently, we only ship within United Kingdom

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and materials.

8. Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a return label upon request, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

10. Can I exchange an item?

11. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

13. In which currency are prices listed?
